On 18th June 2020 Indian Intelligence agency had reported to Govt. for red flagging TikTok App + 52 Apps . All those apps from China based developers. The data centre of these apps are mostly in China.
Today (29th June 2020), Indian Govt took action and not only banned those 52 Apps but also banned another 7 additional Apps.
In the war like situation between India and China, China may misuse data of Indian users. Indian Govt. has banned 59 Chinese Apps including TikTok App for precautionary measures.
What Indian users should do now ?
- Uninstall all the apps from your phone . List of apps are given below.
- Change passwords of your accounts . Mainly your phone’s primary mail ID account’s password.Change all the phone wallets Pin.
